The store www.vensioshop.com is operated by SADOPER LIMITED, registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry under Business Registration Number 78478417. Vensioshop is built for the American home: US warehouse, US delivery, US-hours support. Full legal details are in the Legal Notice. Where our planters come from
We work with selected manufacturing partners and handle all orders through our fulfillment partner ShipBob in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania — so delivery is fast for US customers and returns stay simple, with a return address in the United States.
Every model passes a quality check before entering the collection: glaze consistency, structural integrity, base stability. If a planter doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't make the catalog.
What we do differently
A curated collection, not an endless catalog
Thirty-four planters across two families — elegant ceramics (glazed and matte, for interiors that like a finished look) and terracotta (warm, breathable clay with an Italian-style look, at home on patios and windowsills). Sizes from desktop pots to statement floor planters.
Honest materials, named precisely
Ceramic is ceramic, terracotta is terracotta — every product page states the exact material, dimensions, weight and finish, plus care instructions. Style names like "Italian-style" describe the design, not the place of manufacture. Natural materials vary slightly in tone from piece to piece; that's clay being clay.
Honest photos
Product photos show the actual planters. Screens differ, and natural materials have natural variation — if a piece isn't right once it's in your space, you have 30 days to return it, no reason required, no restocking fees.
Real support
A US phone number, a dedicated e-mail, replies within 1 business day, on US hours. No chatbots: write to support@vensioshop.com and a person answers — including before you buy, if you're unsure about size, drainage or indoor/outdoor fit.
