Shipping policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Everything about how your Vensioshop order gets to you — costs (none), timing, carriers, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.


1. Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping cost: free. Always.

No minimum order, no handling fees, no heavy-item surcharges — even for our largest planters. The product price plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout is the complete amount you pay.

3. Timing

Same-day processing cut-off: 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day enter processing the same day; orders after the cut-off, on weekends or holidays enter processing the next business day.

During major holiday periods (Thanksgiving–New Year), carriers can add 1–2 days of transit time — we flag known delays on the site and in your shipping confirmation.

4. Carriers, packaging and origin

Your order ships with UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL eCommerce — we select the fastest reliable option for your address. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner ShipBob from its facility at 4779 Hanoverville Rd, Building 200, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Ceramic and terracotta need real protection: every planter ships in double-wall cartons with molded padding and void fill, engineered for fragile, heavy items.

5. Order and shipping confirmations

  • Order confirmation e-mail — immediately after checkout. No e-mail? Check spam, then write to us — the address may have had a typo.
  • Shipping confirmation e-mail — the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier, with the tracking number and a live tracking link.

6. Tracking

Track anytime, two ways:

  1. The tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail;
  2. Our Track Your Order page — enter your order number and e-mail.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after the shipping e-mail — that's the carrier's first scan, not a problem with your order.

Tracking stuck? If there is no scan movement for 48 hours, write to support@vensioshop.com — we contact the carrier directly so you don't have to.

7. Multiple items

We aim to ship your whole order in one shipment; large multi-planter orders may ship in separate cartons for safety. You receive a tracking number for each parcel — and you never pay anything extra.

8. Wrong address, address changes

Need to correct the delivery address? Write to us immediately at support@vensioshop.com — changes are possible until the parcel is handed to the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error in the order, we contact you to reship (free) or refund the products in full.

9. Lost, delayed or damaged in transit

Transit problems are ours to fix — you never chase a carrier yourself:

  1. Write to us with your order number (for damage: photos of the item and the packaging, inside and out).
  2. We open a carrier investigation the same business day.
  3. You choose the resolution immediately — free reshipment or a full refund. You do not wait for the carrier investigation to finish.

A parcel is treated as lost when tracking shows no movement for 7 days past the expected delivery date, or immediately if the carrier confirms loss.

Package marked "delivered" but nothing there? Check with household members and neighbors and look for a safe-drop note; carriers sometimes scan a few hours early. Not there within 24 hours? Contact us — same investigate-and-resolve process.
