The fastest route: Track Your Order — enter your order number and the e-mail used at purchase. If tracking shows no updates for 48 hours, write to us and we'll check with the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Full procedure: Returns & Refunds Policy. To start a return, e-mail us with your order number, the reason, and photos if you're reporting damage or a wrong item — you'll receive the approved return label within 1 business day.
Damaged in transit
Ceramics are packed to survive, but if something arrives cracked or chipped: photos of the item and the packaging to support@vensioshop.com. We handle the carrier claim; you choose reshipment or a full refund immediately.
Sizing, drainage, indoor/outdoor fit
