6. Consumer information
- Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order; any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Purchases are governed by the Terms of Service, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.
- Purchasers must be at least 18 years old.
- Every order includes a 30-day return and exchange right, no reason required, with no restocking fees.
- Style names (e.g. "Italian-style") describe product design, not place of manufacture.

If we cannot resolve it informally, the following channels are available to US consumers:
