Products & materials

What are Vensioshop planters made of?

Two families: ceramic (glazed or matte finishes, for a clean finished look indoors and out) and terracotta (warm, breathable natural clay with an Italian-style look). Every product page states the exact material, dimensions, weight and finish.

Are they suitable for outdoor use?

Yes — both ceramic and terracotta work outdoors. One care note: unglazed terracotta is porous and should be protected from hard frost in winter (moved indoors or under cover), or it can crack. Glazed ceramics tolerate weather better; check each product page for specifics.

Do the planters have drainage holes?

Drainage details are listed per product on its page. If a specific setup matters for your plant (drainage hole vs. sealed cachepot use), check the specifications — or write to us before ordering and we'll confirm.

How big are the planters, really?

Every page lists exact dimensions (height, opening diameter, base) and weight. Measure your space and your plant's nursery pot — as a rule of thumb, choose a planter 1–2 inches wider than the current pot for room to grow.

Will the color match the photos?

Photos show the actual products. Screens render color slightly differently, and natural clay and glazes vary a little from piece to piece — that's the material's character. If a planter isn't right once it's in your space, the 30-day return policy covers you.

How do I care for my planter?

Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. For terracotta: a natural patina develops with watering — most people love it; protect from hard frost. For glazed ceramic: essentially maintenance-free.

Is "Italian-style" the same as made in Italy?

No — style names describe the design, not the place of manufacture. We name materials and design honestly on every page.


Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout works fine. An account just makes tracking and reordering easier.

I didn't receive an order confirmation e-mail. Is my order lost?

Check your spam folder first. Still nothing within an hour? The e-mail address may have had a typo — write to support@vensioshop.com with your name and we'll locate the order and fix it.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, but without delay: changes and cancellations are possible until the parcel is handed to the carrier (usually within 1–2 business days, or the same day for orders before 4:00 PM Eastern Time). After dispatch, the 30-day return policy applies instead.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Same rule — contact us immediately, and we can update the address until the carrier has the parcel.


Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Free on every US order, with no minimum — even for the largest floor planters. No handling fees, no surcharges.

Where do you ship?

All 50 US states and DC. We don't ship internationally.

How long does delivery take?

5–7 business days door to door: 1–2 days processing + 4–5 days transit. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same day.

Which carriers do you use?

UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL eCommerce — whichever is fastest and most reliable for your address. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

How is a ceramic planter packed for shipping?

Double-wall cartons, molded padding and void fill — packaging engineered for heavy, fragile items. Damage in transit is rare, and fully covered when it happens (see below).

How do I track my order?

Two ways: the tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail, or our Track Your Order page (order number + e-mail). Tracking activates within 24 hours of the shipping e-mail.

My tracking hasn't moved in days — what now?

If there's no scan for 48 hours, write to us — we contact the carrier directly. If a package is confirmed lost, you choose: free reshipment or a full refund. You never chase the carrier yourself.

My package says "delivered" but I can't find it.

Check with household members and neighbors first — carriers sometimes scan early. Not there within 24 hours? Contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it (reship or refund, your choice).

What if my planter arrives cracked or chipped?

Photos of the item and the packaging, sent to support@vensioshop.com. We handle the carrier claim; you get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, immediately.


Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy in one sentence?

30 calendar days from delivery, any reason, item new and unused, no restocking fees, refund within 7 business days of the return reaching our warehouse.

Who pays for return shipping?

Damage, defect or wrong item: we do. Change of mind: you do (we still provide the label). Full details: Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I exchange for a different size or model?

Yes — within the same 30 days. Price differences on model swaps are refunded or charged; exchange shipments are free.

How do I start a return?

E-mail support@vensioshop.com with your order number, the reason, and photos if it's damage or a defect. You get the approved return label within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything before contacting us.

When do I get my money back?

Within 7 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse, to the same payment method you used. Your bank may take 3–5 more days to post it.


Payment & security

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay. Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. All via Shopify Payments — details in the Payment Policy.

Is paying on your site safe?

Yes. The whole store runs over SSL/TLS; payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified Shopify Payments with 3-D Secure where your bank supports it. Your card details never touch our servers.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. Free shipping, no handling fees, no surcharges. The product price plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout is the complete amount — and your statement will read "Vensioshop" or "SHOPIFY * VENSIOSHOP".

When is my card charged?

At the moment you place the order. If a payment fails but a hold appears, it releases automatically within 2–5 business days.

Who operates Vensioshop?

SADOPER LIMITED, registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry (BRN 78478417). Orders are fulfilled and returns handled in the United States by ShipBob (Bethlehem, PA). Full details: Legal Notice.
