Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.vensioshop.com and every purchase made on it. The store is operated by SADOPER LIMITED (trade name Vensioshop), Unit E01, 10/F, Wong King Industrial Building, 2-4 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong — Business Registration Number 78478417.
By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy — all of which form part of the purchase contract. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you hold under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.
1. Who can order
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- We sell to consumers in the United States and ship to US addresses only.
- By ordering you confirm the information you provide (name, address, e-mail, phone) is accurate — inaccurate addresses are the most common cause of delivery problems.
2. Our products
We sell planter pots — ceramic and terracotta planters for indoor and outdoor use. Every product page states the exact materials, dimensions, weight, finish and care instructions.
- Product photos show the actual products. Slight color differences can result from screen calibration; terracotta and glazed ceramics also show natural variation in tone — part of the material's character, not a defect.
- Style names (e.g. "Italian-style") describe the design, not the place of manufacture.
- Following the care instructions on each product page preserves the finish (wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals; protect unglazed terracotta from hard frost).
3. Prices, taxes and payment
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping is free on every order — the product price plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout is the complete amount you pay. No handling fees, no surcharges.
- Payment is captured when the order is placed (authorization + capture in one step).
- Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — all via Shopify Payments. Details, security measures and troubleshooting: Payment Policy.
- Your statement shows "Vensioshop" or "SHOPIFY * VENSIOSHOP".
4. Order process and contract formation
- You add items to the cart and complete checkout.
- We e-mail an order confirmation — this is when the sales contract is formed.
- We prepare the order within 1–2 business days (orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are processed the same day).
- We e-mail a shipping confirmation with the tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Delivery within 4–5 business days of dispatch — 5–7 business days total from order to door.
Our right to cancel
We may cancel an order (with a full and immediate refund) in case of: an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud or abuse, or unavailability of an item. We will always tell you why.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel or change an order until the parcel is handed to the carrier — write to support@vensioshop.com without delay. After dispatch, the 30-day return policy applies instead.
5. Delivery
Full details in the Shipping Policy. In short: free shipping across the US via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL eCommerce, from our fulfillment partner ShipBob in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we investigate with the carrier and — your choice — reship or refund in full; you never bear the cost of a transit failure.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
- 30 calendar days from delivery, no reason required.
- Items must be new, unused and in original condition.
- Defect, damage or wrong item: we pay return shipping. Change of mind: you pay it. We provide the return label either way, after approval by support.
- No restocking fees. Refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return reaching our warehouse.
- Exchanges (size or model) within the same 30-day window.

7. Defective items and warranty
If a planter arrives cracked, chipped or otherwise defective, or a manufacturing defect appears with normal use, contact support@vensioshop.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not limit, statutory warranty rights under the law of your state (including implied warranties of merchantability where they cannot be disclaimed).
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store: no fraudulent orders, no automated scraping, no attempts to breach security, no infringing content in messages or reviews.
9. Intellectual property
All content on www.vensioshop.com — texts, product photography, the Vensioshop logo, graphics, page layouts — belongs to SADOPER LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially reuse it without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, carrier network failures, government action). We will inform you of significant delays and you may cancel an undelivered order for a full refund.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where the operating company is registered — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your US state of residence, which always apply to consumer sales.
Step 1 — talk to us first. Write to support@vensioshop.com; we resolve most issues within 1 business day.
Step 2 — formal channels. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you may:
- bring the claim before a small claims court or another court of competent jurisdiction;
- file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov);
- contact your state Attorney General's consumer protection office;
- use the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) dispute channel.
These Terms contain no forced-arbitration clause and no class-action waiver — your legal remedies remain fully available.
13. Severability and changes
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these Terms for future orders; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
