At Vensioshop we want every payment to be simple, fast and completely secure. Here is everything about accepted payment methods, their security and processing.
1. Accepted payment methods

2. Currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees.
If your card is issued in another currency, the conversion is handled by your issuing bank at its own exchange rate.
3. Payment processor
All payments are processed by Shopify Payments — certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security level in the card industry.
4. Security
SSL/TLS encryption — all data entered on the store, including card details, travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page.
3-D Secure — card payments are additionally protected (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) where your bank supports it.
No card data storage — Vensioshop never stores your card details. Payment data goes directly to the processor.
5. When payment is captured
Payment is captured at the time of order (authorization + capture in a single transaction).
6. How the charge appears on your statement
"Vensioshop" or "SHOPIFY * VENSIOSHOP", depending on your bank.

7. No hidden fees
- ✅ No packaging fees — even for double-wall ceramic-safe cartons
- ✅ No "order handling" fees
- ✅ No card or wallet surcharges
- ✅ Free shipping across the US, regardless of order value or planter size
- ✅ Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you confirm payment
8. Purchase confirmation
After payment, we send a purchase receipt with your order summary to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
9. Payment problems
Payment declined — most common causes: insufficient funds, a bank block (contact your bank), or a typo in the card details. Try another method (another card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) or contact your bank.
Payment went through but no order appeared — the amount is automatically released or refunded within 2–5 business days. To speed things up, write to support@vensioshop.com with the date and time of the attempt, the last 4 digits of the card, and the amount.
Double charge — write to us; it's usually an authorization and capture appearing as two entries that settle within 5 business days. We'll clarify with the processor.
10. Refunds
We refund to the same payment method used for the order. Full details: Returns & Refunds Policy.
